Yes. Each package is a flat rate with no hidden fees for editing, delivery, or Metro Vancouver travel. The only extras are optional add-ons and travel fees for shoots outside the Lower Mainland.
Essentials covers condos and smaller listings with up to 30 photos. Core adds 10 more photos and a measured 2D floor plan for $60 more, and is what most Vancouver agents book. If the listing has more than two bedrooms, Core is usually the right call.
All packages deliver within 24 hours, back the next day. If you need files the same evening, add rush delivery and confirm before 11am on shoot day. A 6-hour express option is also available on request.
No. You pay after the shoot, once the gallery is delivered. Send the address to lock in a date and you settle up when the files land.
Every package includes unlimited revisions at no extra charge. If adjustments do not solve it, we come back to reshoot at no cost. You do not pay for a gallery you would not use.
Yes. Any add-on can attach to any package at booking. Items already bundled into Plus or Luxe are marked, so you only pay once.
Yes. Recurring listing work can be quoted by volume and scope. The public rates stay fixed, and repeat-booking adjustments are confirmed directly before the next shoot. Send your typical monthly count to zaid@coastalphoto.ca.
