Use Book Online to choose your services, enter the property details, select a preferred time, and review the total. Checkout places a temporary hold on your card. Payment is captured when your finished files are delivered. If the booking is not approved, the hold is released. For questions, email info@coastalphoto.ca.

Book at least 48 hours ahead to secure your preferred time slot, especially for weekend shoots. Same-day requests depend on availability. Rush delivery is a $200 add-on when confirmed before the shoot.

Most clients leave a lockbox code or arrange access with their property manager. Just make sure the space is prepped and accessible. We'll handle the rest.

Photos, the 2D Floor Plan, the 3D Interactive Tour, and aerial photos arrive the next morning. Video edits arrive within 48 hours. Files are delivered via a private online gallery, optimized for MLS upload and high-resolution print. Same-day rush delivery is available for $200 when confirmed before the shoot.

Photos arrive as high-resolution JPEGs for MLS, print, web, and social. RAW files are not included or sold.

Your gallery stays active for 12 months. Download your files as soon as you receive the link and keep your own backup copy.

Photography, plans, tours, and video are priced by property size. Drone Photography has a flat rate. Editing and delivery are included. Prices are plus GST. Optional services and any travel fee are shown in your order before checkout.

Yes. Recurring listing work can be quoted by volume and scope. The public rate sheet stays fixed, and repeat-booking adjustments are confirmed directly before the next shoot.

Three months of hosting are included with a 3D Interactive Tour. After the included period, continued hosting is $20 per month as a recurring fee. Hosting keeps the shareable tour link available online for buyers.

The tour includes dollhouse and floor views for exploring the space. A separately delivered 2D Floor Plan is a different service and can be added to your booking.

Yes. Send your typical monthly shoot count and the services you need. We'll confirm a recurring quote based on that scope.

It depends on the mix of photos, floor plans, video, drone, and twilight work. The pricing page shows the public rates; recurring quotes are confirmed case by case so the scope stays accurate.

Common recurring service combinations include:

No long-term contract is required for recurring work. If your listing pace changes, we adjust future bookings to suit.

We cover Greater Vancouver and selected nearby regions. Travel is included for round trips up to 40 km from our Vancouver base.

For a longer trip, the fee is $0.70 per km plus $0.33 per minute of driving, using the full round trip. This applies to the whole trip, including the first 40 km. Enter the property address in online booking to see the estimate before checkout.

Declutter counters, open all blinds, turn on every light (including lamps), and move vehicles out of the driveway. We send a Homeowner Prep Checklist when you book. It covers everything in detail.

We do minor rearranging as part of every shoot (repositioning a chair, adjusting cushions, clearing a counter). Full staging is outside our scope, but we can recommend local staging partners if needed.

We'll wait up to 20 minutes. If the shoot can't proceed after that, it's treated as an on-site cancellation and a $100 return-visit fee applies. Use the prep checklist to have the property ready before we arrive.

The photographer retains copyright, but you receive a full commercial licence to use the images for marketing the property, your personal brand, and your professional portfolio, across all platforms, indefinitely.

Your licence covers MLS/Realtor.ca, your website, social media, print advertising, and other promotional use for the photographed property. The only restriction is reselling or sublicensing the images to third parties.

Cancel more than 48 hours before your shoot for a full refund. Between 24 and 48 hours, 50% of the booking value is retained. Less than 24 hours' notice or a no-show is not refundable. You may reschedule once at no charge with at least 48 hours' notice; later reschedules are subject to a $50 rebooking fee. Before payment is captured, an approved cancellation releases the card authorization.

For shoots that include drone or twilight exteriors, we monitor the forecast closely and will contact you if conditions look problematic. Weather-related rescheduling is always free of charge.
