Travel is included for round trips up to 40 km from our Vancouver base. For longer trips, the fee uses the full round-trip distance and driving time and is shown before checkout.
Standard turnaround is the next day of the shoot. Files arrive ready for MLS, websites, brochures, and social media.
Pricing is based on home size. Real estate photography starts at $195 for homes up to 1,999 sq ft. Each additional service has its own price on the rates page. The full breakdown is on the rates page.
Yes. We can expand a standard real estate photography with floor plans, drone coverage, walkthrough video, or virtual staging so the final media plan fits the listing, not the other way around.
