Will the photos look over-processed?

No. The edit is bright and believable, and the room looks like the room. No blown-out windows, no purple skies, no halo lines around the roof. Buyers who walk in should recognize the place from the photos, because a set that oversells is the fastest way to lose a showing and your credibility with it.

How fast do I get the files?

The next day, in a private gallery sorted into MLS-sized, web-sized, and social crops. Same-day rush is available for an added fee, but confirm availability before you book the date.

Do you cover my area?

Greater Vancouver is included with no travel fee: Vancouver, Burnaby, the North Shore, Richmond, Surrey, Delta, New Westminster, and the Tri-Cities. There is a postal-code check on the home page, and a page for each area. Victoria, the Fraser Valley, Sea to Sky, and the Island carry a listed travel fee.

I already have a photographer.

Then try one listing. Fixed price, no contract, no deposit, and you keep your current photographer while you compare the two sets side by side. Most of the agents booking regularly here started that way.

From $195 for the photo package at up to 1,999 sq ft, priced up in six size tiers from there. Every tier is published on the rates page, so you can quote a seller without calling first.

Do I have to pay upfront?

No. There is no deposit. You book the date, the files land the next day, and you pay after that.

Can I add floor plans, a tour, and video to the same booking?

Yes, and that is the point of the packages. A 2D Floor Plan, a 3D Interactive Tour, Drone Photography, and a Video Walkthrough all come from the same appointment. Bundled, they run up to about 16% below booking each one separately.

What if the weather is bad on the shoot day?

Interiors go ahead as planned. If the exterior is not usable, the exterior frames get rescheduled at no charge, or a Virtual Twilight edit stands in for the hero shot. Rain does not cost you the booking.
