Will the photos look over-processed?

No. The edit is bright and believable, and the room looks like the room. No blown-out windows, no purple skies, no halo lines around the roof. Buyers who walk in should recognize the place from the photos, because a set that oversells is the fastest way to lose a showing and your credibility with it.

How fast do I get the files?

The next day, in a private gallery sorted into MLS-sized, web-sized, and social crops. Same-day rush is available for an added fee, but confirm availability before you book the date.

Do you cover my area?

We cover Vancouver, Burnaby, the North Shore, Richmond, Surrey, Delta, New Westminster, and the Tri-Cities, plus selected nearby regions. Travel is included for round trips up to 40 km from our Vancouver base. For longer trips, the fee uses the full round-trip distance and driving time and is shown before checkout.

I already have a photographer.

Then try one listing. Keep your current photographer while you compare the two sets side by side. Most of the agents booking regularly here started that way.

Real estate photography starts at $195 for homes up to 1,999 sq ft, priced up in six size tiers from there. Every tier is published on the rates page, so you can quote a seller without calling first.

Can I book floor plans, a tour, and video together?

Yes. You can book a 2D Floor Plan, a 3D Interactive Tour, Drone Photography, and a Video Walkthrough for the same property. Each service is priced individually on the rates page.

What if the weather is bad on the shoot day?

Interiors go ahead as planned. If the exterior is not usable, the exterior frames get rescheduled at no charge, or a Virtual Twilight edit stands in for the hero shot. Rain does not cost you the booking.
