Fixed pricing by home size, from $195
Three packages across six square-footage tiers, so the number you quote a seller matches the number on the invoice. Bundling the plan and the tour into one visit runs up to about 16% under booking them separately.

A stronger first look for every listing.
Ideal for
Built for how different agents work.
Solo agents
Book online, get a confirmation and a prep checklist, and the shoot happens without a call. One studio, so the standard never resets between listings.
Teams and brokerages
Every agent on the roster works from the same standard, so a buyer cannot tell which listing came from which teammate. Bookings and invoices stay in one place.
Larger and higher-value listings
Bigger homes get the full package in one visit: photos, plan, tour, and aerials, sized for marketing that has to hold up in print as well as online.

Send the address the night before and the photos land the next day. One booking, one invoice, listing live the same day.
Book a shootQuestions agents ask
No. The edit is bright and believable, and the room looks like the room. No blown-out windows, no purple skies, no halo lines around the roof. Buyers who walk in should recognize the place from the photos, because a set that oversells is the fastest way to lose a showing and your credibility with it. See the portfolio →
The next day, in a private gallery sorted into MLS-sized, web-sized, and social crops. Same-day rush is available for an added fee, but confirm availability before you book the date.
Greater Vancouver is included with no travel fee: Vancouver, Burnaby, the North Shore, Richmond, Surrey, Delta, New Westminster, and the Tri-Cities. There is a postal-code check on the home page, and a page for each area →. Victoria, the Fraser Valley, Sea to Sky, and the Island carry a listed travel fee.
Then try one listing. Fixed price, no contract, no deposit, and you keep your current photographer while you compare the two sets side by side. Most of the agents booking regularly here started that way.
From $195 for the photo package at up to 1,999 sq ft, priced up in six size tiers from there. Every tier is published on the rates page →, so you can quote a seller without calling first.
No. There is no deposit. You book the date, the files land the next day, and you pay after that.
Yes, and that is the point of the packages. A 2D Floor Plan, a 3D Interactive Tour, Drone Photography, and a Video Walkthrough all come from the same appointment. Bundled, they run up to about 16% below booking each one separately.
Interiors go ahead as planned. If the exterior is not usable, the exterior frames get rescheduled at no charge, or a Virtual Twilight edit stands in for the hero shot. Rain does not cost you the booking.
