Make the first three photos do the work
Guests judge a grid of thumbnails before they read a word. The cover frame decides whether your place gets opened at all, so the shoot is built around the first three photos and works back from there.

What the shoot covers.
From $195, priced by the size of the place
A one-bedroom condo and a five-bedroom cabin are not the same shoot, so pricing runs on the same six square-footage tiers as everything else on the site. Published rates, no quote form to fill in first.

Ideal for
Built for how different hosts operate.
First-time hosts
A clear brief and a studio that already knows what the Airbnb and Vrbo search grids reward, so the first listing launches with a cover photo built to get clicked.
Multi-property hosts
The same edit and the same room order across every unit, booked around whichever turnover window works that week.
Cabins and getaways
Waterfront, acreage, and cottage listings on the Sunshine Coast and the Island, where the setting is often the reason a guest books.

Book a shootQuestions hosts ask
That is the normal way these run. Send the checkout time and the next check-in and the shoot goes in that gap. A one-bedroom takes about 90 minutes on site, a larger house two to three hours.
Have it cleaned and decluttered to guest-ready, which you are doing anyway. Styling on the day is included: cushions, blinds, towels, cables, and anything on a counter that should not be in frame. If you want full staging with rented furniture, that is a separate service and worth planning ahead.
Enough to cover the whole place with nothing missing, which is usually 25 to 45 frames for a condo and more for a house. Airbnb ranks listings partly on completeness, so the set is built to cover every room rather than to hit a number.
Yes. Vertical crops come from the same visit, framed as verticals rather than cropped down from a horizontal afterwards. They are in the same gallery, in their own folder.
Yes. You get full usage rights for your own listings and marketing across every platform you list on, plus your own direct booking page and social accounts. No per-platform licence fee.
From $195 for the photo package at up to 1,999 sq ft, with six size tiers above that. All tiers are on the rates page →. If you run more than one property, send the count and the sizes and there is a rate for booking them together.
Yes. Four or more properties booked together move to the volume rate. Send the addresses, the sizes, and the turnover windows, and it comes back as one schedule and one number. That side of the work is covered on the property managers page →.
Greater Vancouver has no travel fee. Cabins and cottages on the Sunshine Coast, Sea to Sky, and Vancouver Island are regular work and carry a listed travel fee. Send the address and you get the number before you book.
